International Human Rights Administration (IHRA) is an expression of national and international tradition of tolerance in all cultures that form the basics of peace and progress.
IHRA is based on philosophy of Human Rights.” Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam ”(The whole world is family)”All human beings are born equal and free.

Supported by several international conventions and treaties (such as the UnitedNation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948), these include cultural, economic, and political rights, such as right tolife, liberty, education and equality before law, and right of association, belief, free speech, information, religion, movement, and nationality. Promulgation of these rights is not binding on any country, but they serve as a standard of concern for people and form the basis of many modern national constitutions.
The protection of fundamental human rights was a foundation stone in the establishment of the International Human Rights Administration (IHRA). Since then, a central goal of IHRA has been the promotion of respect for human rights, as embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The IHRA understands that the existence of human rights helps secure the peace, deter aggression, promote the rule of law, combat crime and corruption, strengthen democracies, and prevent humanitarian crises.

Guidelines For Form Printing:
- Membership application forms should be printed on A4 White Royal Executive Bond Papers only. (this is for signature purposes)
- Printing should be preferably with colour printer.
Guidelines For Form Filling:
Guidelines for filling up the form are given within the application form.
Guidelines For Form Submission:
Submit the form to the respective State body for Approval. On Approval, post the same as per guidelines given in the form.
- FOR NEW MEMBERS
- Receiving of applications for Membership has been started. State Bodies are requested to supply the interested candidates with the print copy of the downloadable form if required and ask the candidates to fill and post them as per the guidelines given in the application.
Method – Application by Post- Download the membership form from the website.
- Print it on A4 White Royal Executive Bond Papers.
- Fill it as per guidelines on the form.
- Submit the filled application form to the respective State Body for approval stamp.
- Post it on the following address.

FOR OLD MEMBERS
- Old Members with approved memberships need to resubmit their application just as new members. Follow the method given in New Members Section above. Resubmitting the application form if mainly for the standard format of records and signature on the form for use in New ID-Card.
- Kindly note all old ID-Cards will have to replaced with the New ID-Cards containing the watermark of IHRA logo and new Membership number format for better organization of memberships.
- New Notification certificate & New ID-Card will be couriered to you on receipt of which kindly discard your old ID-Cards for security reasons and to prevent misuse.

Powers and Duties of the Executive Member
- Executive members shall be responsible for the managements and administration of all affairs of the IHRA.
- Will assist for organization projects / programmes conducted by the IHRA.
- To find and keep involved for observing any anti social activities among any working members and to be reported to the president for necessary action.
- To take complete information for central, state govt., association, trust, co-operative societies, and personal and private sectors for the fulfill of public grievance and you may take application from any public grievance and do work with the support of administration, judiciary, social worker and available all in formation to president secretariats.
- Refer to any member before nominating to The Founder President.
- To collect and obtain all information and brief them in writing to Founder President for further action
