The protection of fundamental human rights was a foundation stone in the establishment of the International Human Rights Administration (IHRA). Since then, a central goal of IHRA has been the promotion of respect for human rights, as embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The IHRA understands that the existence of human rights helps secure the peace, deter aggression, promote the rule of law, combat crime and corruption, strengthen democracies, and prevent humanitarian crises.

1. Receiving of applications for Membership has been started. State Bodies are requested to supply the interested candidates with the print copy of the downloadable form if required and ask the candidates to fill and post them as per the guidelines given in the application.

   • Fill it as per guidelines on the form.
   • Submit the filled application form to the respective State Body for approval stamp.

FOR OLD MEMBERS

1. Old Members with approved memberships need to resubmit their application just as new members. Follow the method given in New Members Section above. Resubmitting the application form if mainly for the standard format of records and signature on the form for use in New ID-Card.
2. Kindly note all old ID-Cards will have to replaced with the New ID-Cards containing the watermark of IHRA logo and new Membership number format for better organization of memberships.
3. New Notification certificate & New ID-Card will be couriered to you on receipt of which kindly discard your old ID-Cards for security reasons and to prevent misuse.

3. To find and keep involved for observing any anti social activities among any working members and to be reported to the president for necessary action.

To take complete information for central, state govt., association, trust, co-operative societies, and personal and private sectors for the fulfill of public grievance and you may take application from any public grievance and do work with the support of administration, judiciary, social worker and available all in formation to president secretariats.
5. Refer to any member before nominating to The Founder President.
6. To collect and obtain all information and brief them in writing to Founder President for further action

Powers and Duties of the President

1. Will be appointed by the Founder President of the IHRA to work in the State level and to organize his working members daily recommend to the Founder President with their Back Ground details who is non political leader of any party for proper appointment in the IHRA.
2. Will have the powers to make any amount of members as specified and with in rules and regulation of the IHRA for better working.
3. Day to day all developments, cases handling, progresses, collection of fund there utilization to be informed to Founder President and to take required obtain permission for such.
4. Further will have the duties to form working execution down to districts level and to thalukas level for his assistance with the approval of president in writing for nomination letter for his onward consideration.
5. Will be responsible for the development of the state and help in solving the problems of citizens to protect their Human Rights with any of officials. Shall be entitled to organized meeting, cultural, educational functions and other lawful gatherings among the state to civilie the public and to make them understand of their rights.
6. To develop voluntaries to work freely for the betterment of the social public and to understand to solve their problems.
7. To make understand and educates all working executive members down line to thaluka level and to keep track on all matter with informing further developments to Founder President for better co-ordination.
8. To take complete information for central, state govt., association, trust, co-operative societies, and personal and private sectors for the fulfill of public grievance and you may take application from any public grievance and do work with the support of administration, judiciary, social worker and available all in formation to president secretariats.

Powers and Duties of the Working President

1. To look after the day to day-working report of all International, national, state level offices and all IHRA working.
2. Shall have the power to allow inclusion of any subject / matter in agenda for the discussion in the course of proceeding / meeting.
3. Shall have the power to sigh all the project papers, letters, on behalf of founder President IHRA with Central Govt., State Govt., Union territories, Local bodies, Public authorities and any Financial Authorities.
4. Shall have the power to sign voucher, bills, and planning reports, project reports, on behalf founder President of IHRA.
5. And shall enjoy all the power of the president in his absence and also preside over then meeting of the board of trustees in his absence.
6. Under inherent power you may do work for helpless needy victim with the support of NALSA (judiciary) and administration and you may do work for universe people and participate all the huge legal literacy awareness, work shop on human rights programmers.

Powers and Duties of the Vice President

1. In the absence of working president, vice president carries out the work of working president
2. Shall have the power to allow inclusion of any subject / matter in agenda for the discussion in the course of proceeding / meeting.
3. Shall have the power to sigh all the project papers, letters, on behalf of founder President IHRA with Central Govt., State Govt., Union territories, Local bodies, Public authorities and any Financial Authorities.
4. And shall enjoy all the power of the president in his absence and also preside over then meeting of the board of trustees in his absence.
5. Under inherent power you may do work for helpless needy victim with the support of NALSA (judiciary) and administration and you may do work for universe people and participate all the huge legal literacy awareness, work shop on human rights programmers.

Powers and Duties of the Gen. Secretary

1. Will have the power to summon and attend the meeting of the general body. Will prepare the trustee register as well as the proceeding register to record the minutes of meeting of the general body meetings and have them signed by the committee members.
2. Any amendments made in the IHRA to be noted and recorded and also assist Founder President in respect of legal matters.
3. Will recommend the new members to the Founder President.
4. Will have the power to Verification of the new member before nominating on the behalf of IHRA in case of doubt and reffer to Founder President.
5. Will look after the day-to-day working reports of all the state level to down lines.
6. Day to day all developments, cases handling, progresses, collection of fund there utilization to be informed to Founder President and to take required obtain permission for such
7. Under inherent power you may do work for helpless needy victim with the support of NALSA (judiciary) and administration and you may do work for universe people and participate all the huge legal literacy awareness programmers.
8. To watch on anti-social activities, grievance crime, corruptions, you may help with the support of higher authorities of state and central government and will take guideline from president secretariats or available information about the issue and have meeting monthly, half yearly, or annually and sub all required information.
9. To take complete information for central, state govt., association, trust, co-operative societies, and personal and private sectors for the fulfill of public grievance and you may take application from any public grievance and do work with the support of administration, judiciary, social worker and available all in formation to president secretariats.

Powers and Duties of the Joint Secretary

1. Will be working as per the instruction and guideline of the Gen.Secretary and maintain all the report / records and procedures as when required.
2. Will also enjoy all the powers of Gen.Secretary in his absence. Refer to any member before nominating to The Founder President
3. Will also take proper care on the activities of members, workers of the IHRA and to support to all concerted members of the IHRA on time to time.
4. To organize meeting, monthly, half yearly, or annually and sub all required information.
5. To take complete information for central, state govt., association, trust, co-operative societies, and personal and private sectors for the fulfill of public grievance and you may take application from any public grievance and do work with the support of administration, judiciary, social worker and available all in formation to president secretariats.

Powers and Duties of the Treasurer

1. All fund of trust shall remain under the care with proper records / accounts
2. He shall maintain all receipts and paper on behalf of IHRA & will also disburse in accordance with the direction of Authorized IHRA Bodies.
3. Will also present account statements, annual budges of the IHRA.
4. Will have to submit all the matter of the treasure department every last financial year till 31st march and have to available all records of monthly, half yearly, annually.
5. Refer to any member before nominating to The Founder President.
6. To develop voluntaries to work freely for the betterment of the victim, helpless, needy people and to understand to solve their problems.

WORKING COMMITTEE

1. Without police verification, a candidate is not nominated as a member of IHRA
2. IHRA Members are not authorized to issue any kind of letters to any department without consent and written permission of Founder President, IHRA. IHRA will not be responsible for any such behaviour and will take strict action against anybody found guilty.
3. Membership: IHRA Members are not authorized to nominate any member on their own. They can only provide recommendations to the Founder President, IHRA. IHRA will not be responsible for any members nominated without written consent of Founder President and their membership is invalid. Strict legal action will be taken against such people. A person having an ID Card with no membership Registration no in website. is not a member of IHRA.
4. All are independent bodies of the IHRA Controlled by the Founder President .
5. Will keep good vigilance on day-to-day transaction the expenditure done by the members of the IHRA & will submit reports.
6. Will have the power to cancel the membership if got any serious complaint and will set up inquire committee with the related issue.
7. To take up effective, reasonable and lawful steps from head quarter of Founder President.
8. To ensure the development of the IHRA & the members so as to establish better understanding co-ordinating and unity amongst the all members.
9. To nominate and cancellation authority to any nominated post by the authority of Founder President.
10. All the correspondence of IHRA working should be done on papers in writing. Any letter written by any member of IHRA should have approval from the corresponding State Chairman, Zonal Chairman or the Founder President.
11. It is to be noted that what so ever the account opened in the International, National, State, districts, will be in jointly with the Founder President with the Chairman of the respected areas.
12. All members of IHRA have power to take donations for IHRA in form of Cheque or DD. Payment in cash will not be entertained. And submit it to president secretariats.
13. Any members of IHRA can apply application to president s
